ServiceMaster Advantage is pleased to announce the upcoming continuing education classes through December 2012. These classes help local Lafayette area insurance providers with useful information.
(What is it about?) The classes count towards insurance providers’ continuing education credits. There are many different programs to chose from and classes occur monthly. The cost is just $25 per person with lunch included. Download and complete a registration form. Email the completed form to office@svmadv.com or fax to 888-895-6525 to sign up!

ServiceMaster Advantage adopts the use of Mobile Service Manager for Water Damage. This is a hand-held, networked, computer that technicians use on site to capture and transmit job data. Instead of waiting for paper files to return to the office and be transcribed, technicians beam drying progress data electronically and almost instantaneously. Beside shortening the project cycle times, the device helps ensure that each customer is provided the highest quality and most consistent level of service possible.
