Our guarantee is very simple. You will be completely satisfied with our service or we will do it over.

Restoration projects are warranteed, materials & workmanship, for a period of one (1) year after completion. Of course, normal wear & tear, misuse, & abuse excepted.

To help us continue to improve our level of service, we would like to hear from you. Contact us by any means if there is something you would like us to know.

Approximately 48 hours after your cleaning appointment, our office will contact you by phone to make sure you are happy with the work we performed.

Additionally, our technicians will leave a customer feedback card at the end of each cleaning or restoration job. These cards can be mailed postage prepaid, or responded to online.
