This is a hand-held, networked, computer that technicians use on site to capture and transmit job data. Instead of waiting for paper files to return to the office and be transcribed, technicians beam drying progress data electronically and almost instantaneously. Beside shortening the project cycle times, the device helps ensure that each customer is provided the highest quality and most consistent level of service possible.
