ServiceMaster Advantage is currently expanding our team by adding an additional Janitorial Specialist.
The Janitorial Specialist position includes but is not limited to: general cleaning duties, vacuuming, trash removal, cleaning of break rooms/office areas/restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and other types of jobs as deemed necessary from start to finish.
It is the responsibility of the Janitorial Specialist to come to work each day in a neat, clean, upbeat, enjoyable, and presentable fashion that best represents SVMADV. The Restoration Technician will report directly to the Cleaning Department Manager. There is tremendous room for growth within our organization for the right individual.
The Janitorial Specialist understands that SVMADV is a cleaning-based business and hours will vary, weekends/holidays hours are possible. Areas covered are Big Rapids, Fremont, Mt. Pleasant, and the surrounding area.
Will train as needed.
Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
Pay will coincide with experience and certifications. Vacation and other benefits offered.
